Nancy Gilbride, Founder and President
Nancy combines clinical training as a pharmacist with decades of executive leadership, giving her a unique perspective on driving transformation in PBM organizations. She has held senior leadership roles at several Fortune 50 healthcare companies and is recognized for driving transformation and business growth in complex environments with an optimistic tenacity. Her guidance helps clients succeed in high-stakes environments requiring strategic foresight and operational agility.
Nancy has deep expertise across all payer segments, particularly serving military members, veterans, and federal employees. Prior to founding the Gilbride Group, Nancy served as Chief Sales Officer at CarelonRx, overseeing all PBM markets for Elevance Health. She also served as Express Scripts’ President of the Federal Pharmacy Services Division, leading the $10 billion division with 3,000 associates supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) and the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), and held senior leadership roles at Centene and Envolve. Nancy holds advanced degrees in Pharmacy and Hospital Pharmacy Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and serves on the Advisory Board of the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy.
